퀸즈랜드 경찰 공중보건 명령 단속, 즉석벌금 $1334

집에 가족이 아닌 인원 10명 이상이 모이는 경우 경찰에서 즉석벌금 $1334.50을 부과할 수 있다.

퀸즈랜드 경찰이 정부의 사회적 거리두기 시행 단속에 나섰다.

퀸즈랜드 경찰은 “코로나19 확산을 방지하기 위한 지역사회의 노력을 지원하기 위해 주 수석보건관(CHO) 명령 위반에 대해 즉석 벌금을 부과”할 수 있게 됐다고 발표했다. 단속은 자가격리, 대중모임, 주경계, 비필수적 사업활동 및 개인거주 모임에 집중한다.

명령에 따라, 집주인이나 주택에 대한 관리 책임이 있는 사람은 한 시점에 한 거주지에 10명을 넘는 사람이 같이 있으면 안되도록 하며, 해당 거주지에 평소에 사는 거주자나 방문자가 사회적 거리두기를 가능한 최대 실행하도록 장려해야 한다. 물론 해당 거주지에 사는 사람이 10명이 넘는 경우는 이 제한이 적용되지 않는다.

경찰은 단속 기간 동안 벌금을 발행하기 전에 “각 사건의 환경과 맥락을 고려”할 것이라고 설명했다. 경찰은 개인에 대해 즉석 벌금 $1334.50, 기업은 $6,672.50을 부과할 수 있다. 벌금은 참석자 뿐 아니라 집주인에게도 부과될 수 있다.

격리 명령을 지키지 않는 경우 최대 벌금액은 개인은 1만 3345달러, 기업은 6만 6672.50달러이다.
